Strawberry Cloud Latte

Preparation

   Pour 25 ml Goûter Strawberry Syrup into a tall glass over ice.

   Add 180 ml cold milk and stir gently.

3. 03

   Pull a double espresso and float it over the milk.

4. 04

   Whip 60 ml cream with 10 ml strawberry syrup to soft peaks and spoon on top.

5. 05

   Finish with a freeze-dried strawberry crumble.
